Join us for the first workshop in our new Advanced Asana monthly series. Learn how to wisely and effectively work toward a Forearm Stand inversion. Even if you don’t make it all the way to upside down, the preparation is a big part of the fun and challenge. You’ll have time to warm up, cool down, and discover how and why this inversion is an effective yoga tool. Yoga experience strongly suggested – students should be confident in their ability in a Yoga Bird Flow class.
