Ask the Curator: Edison's Electric Idea: Today's vehicles, yesterday's concept

Join Automotive Curator, James Moss, as he highlights Edison's work on the world's earliest electric vehicles. This presentation will be based around the collection electric tractor. Thomas Edison had worked on a battery to power a car way back in the early 1890s shortly after the first motorized cars came out. He developed a nickel-iron battery to be used in vehicles, which was more powerful than anything previous. This program is free for Edison Ford members and included with admission for non-members.
