Are you a lipstick lover or face-cream fanatic? Then you’re in the right place. Every issue, we give you the lowdown on fabulous fragrances, luxurious lotions, must-have makeup and everything in between. Because whether you’re a laid-back surfer babe or a total product junkie, you know it’s a beautiful thing to look as good as you feel.

SMILE PRETTY You might be ready to give your lips a little more attention these days, and the new L’Oréal Paris Infallible Pro Gloss Plump ($9.99) can help you do that. Available in 12 universal shades, the long-lasting and nonsticky lip gloss helps make your pout look fuller and features a soft and flexible applicator for easy contouring and sculpting. The lightweight formula is also infused with hyaluronic acid to nourish and soften your lips. Find it at local drugstores and mass-market retailers.

IN DAZZLING COLORS Urban Decay’s Vice lipstick line ($17 each) features 100 shades ranging from bold brights and moody darks to trendy neutrals. Available in six different finishes—Mega Matte, Comfort Matte, Metallized, Sheer, Sheer Shimmer and Cream—the long-wearing lipsticks offer a creamy texture and rich color dispersion. Ingredients such as aloe vera, jojoba and avocado help soften and condition lips. Find the lipsticks at Ulta Beauty’s Fort Myers locations at Ulta Beauty - Bell Tower (239-334-0659, ulta.com), Ulta Beauty - Cypress Woods Shopping Center (239-766-4107) and Ulta Beauty - Gulf Coast Town Center (239-766-4283) or at the Ulta stores at Ulta Beauty - Coconut Point in Estero (239-992-0361) and Ulta Beauty - Coralwood Center in Cape Coral (239-458-3522).

A SEASIDE SCENT Tommy Bahama again takes inspiration from the sea for its newest men’s fragrance, Maritime Triumph ($82). The spicy-woody eau de cologne features top notes of fresh bergamot and juicy mandarin, middle notes of rich cedar leaf, warm nutmeg and vibrant pimento berries, and dry notes of patchouli and saffron. Like the other scents in the Tommy Bahama Maritime Collection, this new limited-edition offering also comes in a glass bottle topped with a metal cleat and nautical rope design. Pick it up at the Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar & Store at Coconut Point in Estero (239-947-2203, tommybahama.com) or at the company’s several Naples locations.

KEEP IT CLEAN Indigo Wild’s new Zum Hand Soaps ($7.50) tackle dirt without harsh chemicals or preservatives. Available in fragrances such as lemongrass and lavender, the plant-based, biodegradable and vegan soaps feature ingredients such as natural olive, castor and coconut oils to help keep your hands hydrated as they’re getting clean. Aromatic essential oil blends provide pleasing scents to make handwashing an enjoyable and relaxing experience. Look for the soaps at Ada's Natural Market (239-939-9600, adasmarket.com) and Whole Foods Market (239-935-6550, wholefoodsmarket.com), as well as local Publix stores.

INSPIRED BY IRELAND It’s not surprising that a fragrance described as capturing “the feeling of a perfect sunny day by the sea” is a popular item at Blue Poppy in downtown Fort Myers (239-990-6910). The unisex Cologne Spray ($42.95) from Irish company Inis is inspired by the country’s western coast and features top notes of Sicilian lemon, heart notes of geranium and lily of the valley and base notes of sandalwood, oak moss and clove. Housed in a frosted bottle with a cap styled after pebbles you might find on the beach, the clean fresh scent will help make you feel like you’re by the ocean, even if you aren’t right at the moment. The shop also carries the Inis Voyager Gift Set ($31.95) for a travel-sized version of the cologne plus a hand cream, body lotion and shower gel.
