One Flower. One Child. One Mission. That's the goal of the One Flower Project, an initiative started by Vik and Ethan Chhabra. The One Flower Project seeks to teach kids and adults how to help pollinators. The project started during the pandemic when Vik wanted to find a way to connect with his son and spend quality time together. So they began planting plants and vegetables at home. During their time together, they also learned about the declining population of pollinators across the country.

Eventually, the pair started assembling seed kits to encourage other families to help alleviate this growing concern. The One Flower Project was born. With the purchase of every kit, one kit is donated to schools or camps. Vik explains, "If we can bring the experience we’ve had to other families… we feel like we’re doing our part in society."

This Southwest Florida duo has helped start thousands of plants across the country. To learn more about the One Flower Project, visit the website and join the movement!
