This 40,000-square-foot facility is one of the Lee County Library System’s largest locations. Friendly, professional staff and a large “popular materials focused” collection totaling over 185,000 volumes make it one of the busiest branches in the system. Outside the library are native flowers, trees, and shrubs that provide butterfly-friendly landscaping around the entire building.
Friends of Lakes Regional Library :
The Friends of the Lakes Regional Library group is a non-profit, volunteer organization that helps library staff raise awareness of the library’s cultural and educational assets in the community by enhancing programming and services through the development of supplemental financial resources.
