Hyatt Regency Coconut Point is hosting a special Mother’s Day brunch at its Tanglewood a Southern Kitchen. The menu features breakfast favorites including made-to-order omelets and waffles, a nitrate-free bacon, sausage, and roasted fingerling potatoes. Diners can also enjoy a gourmet salad bar, artisanal cheese, and charcuterie, a poke station, sushi rolls, and a chilled seafood bar with poached jumbo shrimp, crab claws, oysters.
